July 19, 2019

Vehicle Storage Rates That Fit Any Budget

Do you worry about your vehicle staying protected from mother nature? Do you constantly find yourself running around to find a place to store your boat or RV? Well, look no further than your friendly neighborhood Modern Storage facility. With our competitive vehicle storage rates and secure storage options, Modern Storage has something for everyone!

Motorcycle Storage

Need to make a quick stop? We make our motorcycle storage spaces easy to get in and out of. Most motorcycles can fit in a 5x10 storage unit or a 5x15 storage unit, depending on the model and dimensions. Starting at $60 per month, these smaller storage options will offer you the affordable rate you’re looking for without giving you more space than you really need.

Car, Truck, and Trailer Storage

Whether you own an off-road utility vehicle or classic sports car, you need an affordable place to store your prized possession. Check out our vehicle storage rates for our most popular sizes.

10x15 and Smaller

For smaller vehicles, a 10x10 or 10x15 storage unit is your go-to because it’s very similar in size to a one-car garage. But, it’s much safer than storing at home thanks to our controlled-access gates and 24-hour surveillance cameras. Ranging from $80-$105 per month, a 10x10 storage unit will fit your vehicle perfectly. If you want a little more space for extra equipment or supplies, a 10x15 ranges from $99-126 per month.

10x20 and Larger

A 10x20 or 10x25 storage unit is a good choice for trailers (such as flatbeds), large trucks, and even some covered trailers. At our Maumelle Boulevard location, these vehicle storage sizes also come with double doors. This makes coming and going so much easier, because you can drive straight into the storage unit instead of backing in or out starting at $130 per month. Our most affordable vehicle storage options in this size can be found at our location off Markham Street, where parking spaces range from $55 to $130 a month.

Boat Storage

Most boats will fit anywhere from a 10x30 storage unit (ranging from $169-199 per month) to a 12x30 storage unit (ranging from $199-245 per month), giving you optimal space without feeling too tight. Trust us, storing your boat in secure Little Rock storage facility is wiser than leaving it floating out at a slip. You will feel much better knowing your boat is locked behind a metal door and protected from weather damage.

RV Storage

RVs and campers are much bulkier vehicles, so they must be stored in our largest storage units.

Thankfully, our RV storage options come in at very competitive rates:

12x15 – $60/month uncovered

12x20 – $125/month covered and enclosed

12x25 – $60/month uncovered; $165 covered and enclosed

12x30 – $199-245/month covered and enclosed

12x35 – $75/month uncovered; $224-275 covered and enclosed

12x50 – $100/month uncovered

We know your RV is very important to you, so we highly recommend choosing a covered and enclosed storage unit. With high doors and plenty of space, these larger units are the best home for your traveling home! Our pricing and availability vary by facility and are subject to change. Find the Modern Storage location nearest you to check current vehicle storage rates.

Can you put shed on decking?

When installing a timber shed you must ensure that you have a even and level surface onto which you can build it. This can be made using either concrete, garden slabs or even timber decking. So you've bought your new shed, you're now waiting for it to be delivered and you've considered where you would like to build it in your garden. Below you will find example of what to do and what not to do, when preparing your garden.

Have you prepared the ground ready to install your new shed onto?
