Sounds good, but you can't as it would be classed as criminal damage.
Hi all, my neighbour got some joiners around today to install a shed to the side of his house, with a sloping roof, full length. When I've gone out to inspect it, the shed is too wide to allow me to lift out my fence panels (it was agreed that the shed would come close to the fence, but it was never said that it would stop me being able to remove fence panels) - what's the legal position on this - I would have thought that I should be able to have access to the fence panels should I want to remove them / replace them. The fence was paid for by us and as far as I understand it, is inside our boundary (it's a newish build). I wanted to get in early with this one as I understand the neighbour is also wanting to install guttering to it which will definitely worsen the situation - would I be within my rights to ask him to get the joiners back round to reduce the width of the shed to provide me with access to the fence panels? Any help appreciated.
