However, make sure that when applying rust remover to the roof or using scouring pads, apply with a telescoping post so you don’t need to step on the roof, as most carports aren’t designed to hold a lot of weight. Regularly scrubbing away any rust buildup will help prevent further oxidation and keep your carports in great condition.

A: It's a plastic box, so you will find some warping issues. You get what you pay for. That said, the doors should not come out of the box warped. You have a right as a consumer to have flat doors that seal reasonably well when you buy the product. The doors in the photo are not warped. I'd contact HD (or Rubbermaid?) and get a replacement. Whether it's the doors or the whole shed, they need to correct this. I have found the fact that rain slips in at the top of the doors to be a nuisance, so I improvised a little rain gutter of sorts above the doors out of J-channel. Also, the roof is a bit bowed so water collects on it (great breeding ground for mosquitos). I laid a piece of webbing strap on the roof and over the edge. It wicks the water off reasonably well. And be careful not to let heavy items lean against the walls as the whole thing is held together by friction and the walls will flex and pull apart at the seams. Overall the shed works fairly well, for what it is.
