The point of the bar is to easily connect several conductors to the enclosureto connect the can to the bar which contains the EGC of the feeder. The enclosure can't rely on the sheet metal screws to bond it, either.If it's not relying on the sheet metal screws for the electrical connection, then it's fine.IMO.
