It’s not a matter of just dumping gravel on the ground if you want a lasting stable solid base to protect your shed. A well-made gravel foundation can support your shed directly or other foundation styles for your shed. To build a solid stable gravel shed foundation remove the grass and topsoil and level the ground. Compact the loose soil and cover with a weed barrier.
