The Richmond 16 ft. 2 story storage building is ideal for a workshop, garage or a large amount of storage. Featuring a clear span 2nd floor loft with 7 ft. - 1 in. headroom. Lower wall height is 8 ft. - 1 in. with 7 ft. - 5 in. headroom. Access to loft is provided by included staircase which can be positioned on left or right walls. No entry doors or windows are included. This allows the homeowner to choose the type of windows and doors that best fit their needs. Perhaps a garage door is preferred or double steel patio doors along with the style and number of windows to your liking. The Richmond is not a pole building but is a kit which the homeowner is required to frame and assemble in the field. Some cutting is required. Trusses are pre-cut ready to assemble and gable ends are pre-built in 4 ft. sections. Check with your local permit authority before placing your order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Building is shown with optional windows. Floor is not included. Shingles purchased by homeowner.
