VACUUM BAGS: A CLOTHING PACKING HACK FOR TRAVEL

Traveling can be a lot of fun, from planning the trip to enjoying the actual vacation there are so many aspects of travel to be enjoyed. Packing your suitcase for a trip, however, can be difficult and at times, leaving you very frustrated. Remembering everything you need to pack is one thing but fitting it all into your luggage is a whole other issue entirely. Learning a few packing hacks for your travels is a great way to make your life easier with little effort. Sometimes when packing, you want to bring extra outfits and make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable during your trip. Other times your suitcase fits everything easily on the way to your destination, but suddenly won’t zip shut when you’re trying to pack for your trip back home. Could be that extra souvenir you just had to have, or it could be that you just weren’t able to pack your bag as efficiently this time around? Whatever the reason, learning some valuable packing hacks for traveling can help you immensely.

USING VACUUM BAGS IS ONE OF THE MOST EFFICIENT PACKING HACKS

There is a certain skill set necessary for packing and there are some great packing hacks to make it even easier. One of the most efficient ways to make sure you can fit everything into your luggage is by using vacuum bags. This packing method not only saves time, but it gives you double the space so you can pack even more into your luggage. There are many vacuum bags on the market to choose from, so picking the right space saving travel solution is important. With our Pacum handheld vacuum device and our vacuum bags, you’ll be one step closer to enjoying that trip that you spent so long planning.

WHAT SIZE VACUUM BAG DO I NEED?

Vacuum bags work great as a packing hack, but after choosing a trusted brand, you need to choose the right size vacuum bag for your luggage. We recommend our vacuum bags to go with your Pacum handheld vacuum, but this powerful device has an adaptor which gives you the ability to use it with most other brand’s vacuum bag of your choice. Just be careful when choosing the size of your vacuum bags because if the vacuum bag is too big, you’ll waste space in your luggage, but if it’s too small you run the risk of not fitting everything you need. Our travel hack top tip would be to aim for a bag big enough to fit everything you’re trying to pack, but still small enough to fit into your suitcase comfortably. Ideally the vacuum bags will fit nicely into your luggage without wasting any extra space. Here are our sizing suggestions:

• 20” suitcase - vacuum bag size 50 cm x 50 cm

• 24” suitcase - vacuum bag size 50 cm x 70 cm

• 28” suitcase - vacuum bag size 60 cm x 80 cm

• 32” suitcase - vacuum bag size 60 cm x 80 cm

Remarks: Larger than 60cm * 80cm vacuum bag is not recommended to use for travel One Vacuum bag is able to carry enough for a four day trip

HOW MANY VACUUM BAGS SHOULD I BRING WHEN I TRAVEL?

The number of vacuum bags you’ll need for your trip depends on how many people you’re traveling with and how many bags you’re packing. Typically, one 50 cm x 50 cm vacuum bag can carry enough for a four-day trip for 1 person. Another travel hack when packing is to bring at least two vacuum bags, one for your clean clothes and another for your dirty clothes. It will save you time when you get home if you don’t have to wash clothes that are perfectly clean. This is a great way to separate your clothes ahead of time, so the dirty clothes don’t get everything else in your luggage dirty as well. The vacuum bags also work to seal in any odor from your dirty vacation clothes. If you’re going on a family vacation with your kids in tow, we suggest bringing at least two more space saving bags. But these vacuum bags aren’t only for clothes. If you’re looking for more packing hacks, think about putting your pillow or even a camera inside to keep them safe and dry. Whatever you need to bring should be packed efficiently and anything can be packed into our vacuum bags to save space! How many vacuum bag packing to travel ? Days of trip 2 4 4 7

DO I NEED A VACUUM FOR MY BAGS?

When you’re traveling it can be difficult to borrow a vacuum from a hotel or an Airbnb. We don’t want you to have to go searching around for a vacuum just so you can pack up and leave for home. So, we’ve come up with an easy solution to that problem. Pacum is a crowd favorite packing hack among travelers as it removes the need to go searching for a vacuum. Pacum is a handheld compressor which works to remove all the extra air from the vacuum bag and helps double the space of your suitcase. It’s a very powerful, multi-functional, handheld vacuum and air pumping device and you can even choose from one of three colors. Whether you choose black, white, or red, Pacum packs a mighty punch for such a small device and has the capability to compress items even more than competitive vacuums. Plus, Pacum can do it four times faster than other leading handheld vacuum devices. It comes with three modes: eco mode for maximum run time and longer use, boost mode is the most powerful work mode, and inflation mode allows you to inflate an item, like a pool float or soccer ball, if you need to do so.

HOW DO I USE MY VACUUM BAG?

So you have your vacuum bags and you’re ready to start packing with our Pacum handheld vacuum to fit everything you need into your luggage. Now you have to figure out the best way to use your vacuum bags while traveling. Let’s assume you’ve worn all the clothes you’ve packed and on the way home you’re toting a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Rather than letting your vacation clothes stink up your luggage

Step 1 : Folding

Please fold your items and put it in the vacuum bag! That is the most efficient way to use vacuum bag! This flattens the bag, allowing it to take up much less space in your suitcase. While folding your clothes a certain way can be helpful to save space, our vacuum bag for travel is an even better solution to fit everything you need for your trip. The easiest and most efficient way to pack is by organizing your clothes into a vacuum bag. Not only does it help you store more in your luggage, but it also helps to keep everything organized and in place.

Step 2 : Seals completely

Please use the plastic clip to zip along sealing the two plastic zips. Go back over the zips to ensure it is fully sealed. The surest way is to run the clip fully from end to end in both directions, and then to run your hand along the whole length of the zip between finger and thumb to ensure that there’s no tiny section missed. Take extra precaution when ensuring that the vacuum bag is sealed completely. If you don’t seal the travel vacuum bag completely, your vacuum bag will end up re-inflating gradually. You certainly don’t want your vacuum bag re-inflating inside your luggage, so be sure to check that seal!

Step 3 : Vacuum It

All you have to do is fold and organize all your clothes into the space saving bag for travel and your Pacum will do the rest for you in as little as 90 seconds!
