In several of her videos, she shows her viewers how to turn something outdated into a trendy piece. "I think this will be really good because I think it's going to pop with the hardware," Lauren said while describing her decision to use a specific wallpaper on one of her projects. By April 2021, Hull sold enough furniture to pay off all her student loan debt, which was about $25,000. Now that Hull is debt-free, she wants to help other teachers make a little extra cash. Over the month of August, she plans to give $1,000 to five teachers ahead of the new school year. "I know how big a burden student loans are or just buying extra things for your classrooms. Just giving that little extra back to teachers because I've been there is just another way we can show our support," Hull said. In the future, she hopes to keep using her skills and platform to reach other educators.
