This stands for Methyl Bromide which is a harmful chemical used to prevent wood eating insects consuming the pallets. It was banned in the UK 5 years ago so they are much rarer to come by now. Look out for the HT stamp, which stands for heat treated and means the pallet is definitely safe to use.

Most metal sheds, or storage buildings, are made of galvanized steel due to that material's resistance to rust. Essentially four walls and a roof, such a shed needs a solid, level base to sit on in order to be as sturdy as possible, but that doesn't mean you have to pour a concrete slab or footings. A galvanized steel shed isn't as heavy as other structures and can be placed directly on ground that is compacted undisturbed soil. If, however, a galvanized steel shed doesn't come with a floor frame, then using gravel is a big help when leveling the area and raising the shed's flooring to the level of the shed door's threshold. In most cases, gravel is not only an acceptable solution, but a preferred one, according to Best in Backyards. Further, it drains better than a flat, concrete pad, reports Site Prep. If your shed comes with a floor frame, then install that floor frame as the shed's instructions describe, and lay wood boards on top of the floor frame. The boards will be the shed's flooring.
